House for Lego Guys
Emory spotted my old doll house in the laundry room this weekend. He wanted to play with it so we wiped it down and brought it inside. I pulled out the Little People for him to put in the house. He looked at me like I was crazy then he told me that is the Lego guy's house. The Lego guys have been in there all weekend.

Emory's Birthday
Emory had a great birthday. We went to Mumzie's for breakfast in the morning. The weather was so nice we made it a picnic. We had a little party with the family in the afternoon. Then we all went over to see Chapin's t-ball game. Emory told everyone he had a "Happy to you" party. He is getting big too fast!

UL Homecoming
Football Football Football! Geoff was judging the Homecoming parade so me and the boys tagged along. Emory liked it at first but then he decided he was tired so he took a nap in the middle of the parade, firetruck with sirens, large trucks honking horns, bands playing and Emory sleeping! I guess he was tired from Trick or Treat. Look how cute he is in the photo!
We all went to the football game. Emory made it through most of the game. I think he will be attending regularly now. I don't think he will let the big boys leave without him now that he knows where they go. Chapin had a blast, the Cajun won by alot so he was very excited!

Trick Or Treat
The boys had a fun Halloween. Chapin was a football player. Emory was a pirate but if you ask him he says he was a "pirate ship". We went with Chapin's friends Zack and his family. The houses in their neighborhood are pretty spread out so they had a large trailer with hay for the kids to ride on. Emory kept saying -- "I no ride a farm". So Geoff, Emory and I took a golf kart around behind the the kiddos in the trailer. The kids ended up with ALOT of treats and a very fun night.

Its been a busy fun Halloween week already. Emory had a Halloween themed birthday party Friday afternoon with his friends. Then we all went over to Asbury (Emory's school) for a Halloween Party there. It was fun! They call it "trunk or treat" and you go to each car to trick or treat. Emory wasn't sure at first but once he realized they were giving him candy he was all about going around with his bag.
